This policy explains how Abundant White Light LLC, operating as Powerhouse Vitality, handles personal information in connection with www.powerhousevitality.com, our store, and customer inquiries. Questions or privacy requests: sales@powerhousevitality.com.
Information we collect
- Orders and accounts: information you provide such as name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, telephone number, account details, items ordered, and transaction and delivery records.
- Customer service: your messages, order number, and information or photographs you choose to send about an order or product issue.
- Website activity: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, timestamps, cookies, and similar technical information collected by the site and its service providers.
- Reviews and forms: information you submit through an available form or review feature. Material submitted for public posting may be visible to other visitors.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, card security codes, medical records, or detailed health information through our contact forms, reviews, or ordinary email. We do not need that information to answer routine product or order questions.
How we use information

Payments
Payments are handled by the payment provider identified during checkout, under that provider’s privacy and security terms. Do not email payment-card details to us. Our store may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, and limited payment-method information needed for order administration and refunds. Payment availability is determined by the checkout options offered for your order.
When information is shared
We share relevant information with providers that support the store, including website hosting, e-commerce software, payment processing, email, shipping, security, and analytics. For example, a carrier receives the recipient’s name and delivery address, and a payment provider receives information needed to process a transaction and assess fraud. We also may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or investigate fraud, to professional advisers where necessary, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
The website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted through Bluehost. Shipping-label services, including Pirate Ship when used, receive information needed to create and manage shipments. Installed site tools include Jetpack, MonsterInsights, WPForms, and OptinMonster; the information processed by each depends on which features are enabled and how you use the site. Listing a tool here does not mean every optional feature is active.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies can maintain your cart, keep you signed in, remember preferences, support security, and measure use of the website. Where enabled, Google Analytics through MonsterInsights and other analytics features may process device and browsing information. Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies.
You can manage cookies in your browser and use any privacy-choice controls displayed on the site. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent cart, account, or checkout functions from working. A browser’s Do Not Track signal does not by itself guarantee that every installed service stops collecting information. We will explain applicable limitations rather than promise deletion of every record.
Marketing unsubscribe choices do not stop essential order, security, or service communications. You may request help updating an order or account by emailing us; do not include your password.
