Orders and product availability
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Review your items, quantities, shipping address, shipping charge, applicable tax, and final total before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not confirm shipment. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled portion.
Where and how we ship
We ship to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A P.O. Box must be eligible for the selected postal service.
Orders ship from St. Petersburg, Florida. We generally use USPS; another carrier may be used where appropriate. The available service and charge are disclosed during checkout. Carrier selection does not guarantee a particular delivery date. Pirate Ship may be used to purchase postage and transmit shipping information to the carrier.
Processing, shipment, and tracking
Order processing and carrier transit are separate. Any dispatch estimate communicated during ordering applies to shipment, not arrival. Processing takes place on business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. We do not promise same-day shipment or guaranteed arrival unless expressly offered for the order.
If no shipment timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order and payment. If we cannot meet the applicable shipment timeframe, we will notify you and provide the choice of consenting to a delay or receiving a refund for unshipped merchandise, as required by law.
When a tracked package ships, we will provide tracking information to the email address supplied with the order. Carrier scans can take time to appear. Weather, holidays, service interruptions, and destination can affect transit time.
Address changes, cancellations, and delivery problems
Check your address carefully. Email us promptly if a correction or cancellation is needed. We will try to accommodate requests before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. We do not charge a cancellation fee for an order we successfully cancel before shipment.
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a missing delivery, or an incorrect delivery, contact us promptly. We will review the order and work with the carrier as appropriate. A delivery scan does not prevent you from reporting a problem. We do not automatically disclaim responsibility for every lost package.
If a package is returned because an address supplied by the customer was incorrect or the package was unclaimed, we will discuss reshipment or a refund. Any additional postage or deduction of actual, nonrecoverable original shipping charges will be explained before you choose how to proceed. We will not charge for our own fulfillment error.
Unopened returns: 30 days
Email us within 30 days after delivery to request return authorization. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and have every factory safety seal intact. Include the order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for authorization and return instructions; do not send products to the manufacturer.
After authorization, send the eligible item within 14 days using a trackable shipping method. For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return postage and original outbound shipping is not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee. These terms apply to discounted items as well unless a different lawful term was clearly disclosed before purchase.
Opened items and safety seals
We do not accept returns of opened or used supplements, or products whose safety seals have been broken, removed, or altered, for change-of-mind reasons. Do not open an item that you may wish to return. We do not guarantee a particular health outcome, and individual experiences vary.
This restriction does not eliminate remedies for a product that arrived damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to a remedy required by law. Contact us before sending an opened or damaged product back. We may request photographs, the lot number, and packaging details, and may resolve the issue without requiring a physical return.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective products
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Please report a visible problem within 7 days where reasonably possible, retaining the product and packaging until we respond. This request does not shorten any nonwaivable legal rights. Do not consume a product with a damaged safety seal or suspected defect. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping when the issue is our responsibility.
Refunds
We will email the outcome after reviewing the return or reported problem. Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of an authorized return. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Refunds for unshipped orders and shipping delays will follow applicable legal deadlines.
A partial return of a promotional bundle is refunded based on the discounted amount allocated to the returned item, rather than its undiscounted list price. No refund will exceed the amount paid for that item. Applicable tax is adjusted as required.
